Olgiata Golf and Country Club is one of Rome's most elitist clubs with a challenging 18 hole championship course and an executive 9 hole couse of 3242 yards. This club is too closed on Mondays and due to its distance from the city centre a car is probably desireable. There are many suites available on site - But book early as this is a very popular resort. How to get there
Take the Via Cassia, exit 4 off the GRA (Note not the Via Cassia bis as you will end up north of the club and have to back track towards Rome). Pass the Tomb of Nero (Tomba di Nerone) and then turn to the left off the Cassia towards the Lake at Bracciano (Lago di Bracciano) - you will find good signs indicating the golf club on the right hand side. |
